01 — The Challenge

Different users. One connected ecosystem.

Students, academic teams and support staff interacted with different systems, information and workflows throughout the education experience.

The challenge was to design clear, consistent experiences across student-facing products, internal administration and support tools — while accommodating the different tasks and needs of each user group.

02 — Enterprise Experience

Complex operations. One working environment.

A.M.I. brought administrative and academic workflows together within a shared internal platform for AIE teams.

The experience provided structured access to areas including course administration, assessments, student support, tickets, programme management and system administration.

04 — Connected Support

Connecting conversations with student context.

Support tools brought communication and student information into the same workflow, helping staff move between calls, student details and connected administrative information.

05 — Programme Administration

Designing for everyday operations.

Enterprise UX also meant supporting the detailed, task-driven workflows used by teams managing programmes, students and academic administration.

01

Programme Management

Information where the work happens.

Programme interfaces brought student records and related administrative actions into structured working views, helping staff navigate the information required for day-to-day academic operations.

Operational UX

From overview to individual detail.

The wider administration experience supported movement between high-level programme views and more detailed student information, keeping related tasks within the same operational environment.

06 — Role & Contribution

Designing beyond the interface.

My role focused on understanding user needs, structuring complex workflows and designing connected experiences across AIE's student and enterprise platforms.

01

Research

Understand user needs, existing processes and operational requirements across student and internal experiences.

02

Structure

Translate complex requirements and workflows into clearer information structures, user journeys and interface patterns.

03

Design

Design UX/UI solutions across student portals, enterprise administration and integrated support tools.

04

Collaborate

Work across project stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into practical digital experiences.

07 — Outcome

From separate workflows to connected experiences.

The work brought student experiences, enterprise administration and integrated support tools into a more connected digital ecosystem — creating clearer pathways between the people, information and tasks that support the education experience.
