THE CHALLENGE

ISFAP required a more cohesive and user-centered digital ecosystem capable of supporting multiple audiences across public-facing, student, and administrative platforms. The challenge was to improve how students accessed funding information and application processes, while also streamlining backend administration workflows and making complex information easier to manage, navigate, and communicate across the organization.

  • Improve clarity across complex user journeys
  • Simplify student application and engagement flows
  • Enhance usability within backend administration systems
  • Improve accessibility and responsive usability
  • Create clearer information architecture across platforms
  • Support multiple stakeholders with different user needs
THE SOLUTION

The solution focused on creating a connected UX/UI ecosystem spanning the public website, student portal, and backend administration platform. Through improved information architecture, responsive layouts, structured workflows, and user-focused interface design, the platform was redesigned to support clearer communication, more efficient administration processes, and a more accessible experience for students, funders, and stakeholders.

  • Redesigned public-facing website experience
  • Improved student portal usability and engagement
  • Streamlined backend administration workflows
  • Responsive UX across desktop and mobile platforms
  • Clearer navigation and content hierarchy
  • Accessibility-aware interface and interaction design
  • Structured user flows for students and administrators
